**The Role**
As a Functional Consultant, you will be the bridge between complex business challenges and technical solutions. You will own the full implementation lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and solution design to final deployment and ongoing support. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can translate business needs into scalable process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Implementation:** Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- **Solution Architecture:** Evaluate unique customer business requirements and objectives, transforming them into robust functional designs and process maps within our core modules.
- **Client Advisory:** Act as a lead consultant during the implementation and support phases, guiding clients through change management and system adoption.
- **Issue Resolution:** Analyze and troubleshoot complex data and process-related challenges to ensure system integrity.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with Pre-sales, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition throughout the customer lifecycle.
- **Project Governance:** Maintain rigorous daily activity reporting against project schedules and lead coordinating efforts between internal teams and client stakeholders.
- **Strategic Documentation:** Create comprehensive functional documentation and lead deployment activities, strategically managing client expectations to ensure timely project completion.
- **Continuous Learning:** Maintain an advanced understanding of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and domain-specific product updates.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Domain Expertise:** A minimum of 5 years of experience in the **Manufacturing domain** is mandatory.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Proven experience in **ERPNext** functional consultation, documentation, and on-site deployment.
- **Analytical Mindset:** Strong ability to evaluate complex business needs and transform them into technical solutions.
- **Leadership:** Experience in project coordination and team leading within a consulting environment.
- **Communication:** Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to "limit requirements" through expert negotiation to ensure project efficiency.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
