Senior HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end hiring).Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and plan recruitment strategies.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person).Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback.Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.Ensure timely closure of open positions within deadlines.Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Prepare and share recruitment reports and metrics (time-to-hire, closures, etc.).Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines.Strong negotiation and convincing skills.Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.Good understanding of HR policies and practices.Analytical mindset with ability to track recruitment metri
