US HR

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in HR operations or US staffing and possess strong communication skills in English. This is a remote opportunity requiring availability during US Night Shift (EST) hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle HR operations and employee coordination for US-based processes Manage onboarding and documentation processes Coordinate with employees regarding timesheets, payroll, and compliance requirements Maintain employee records and HR databases Respond to employee queries in a professional and timely manner Assist with immigration and work authorization documentation when required Coordinate with internal teams and management for HR-related activities Ensure timely follow-up and communication with employees and clients Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in HR, US staffing, or HR operations Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English Comfortable working in US Night Shifts (EST) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and email communication Preferred Skills:

Experience handling US employees or consultants Knowledge of onboarding, payroll coordination, or immigration processes is a plus
