Senior Plant Incharge

Key Responsibilities • Production Management: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands on time. • Operational Excellence: Improve manufacturing processes through lean techniques to reduce waste, reduce costs, and increase quality. • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, local laws, and environmental guidelines. • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop plant personnel, creating a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety awareness. • Maintenance & Equipment: Oversee preventative maintenance programs for all machinery and facility equipment. • Reporting: Analyze performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and present findings to executive leadership. • Inventory/Materials: Ensure raw materials are available and manage inventory levels effectively.
