**Job Title: Service Advisor (HCV/Truck Division)**
**Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh
**Salary:** Up to ₹30,000 per month
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a customer\-oriented **Service Advisor/ Technical Advisor** to manage the repair and maintenance workflow for our truck service center. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between truck owners/drivers and our technical workshop team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction:** Greet customers, understand vehicle issues, and document repair requirements accurately.
- **Job Card Management:** Open and manage job cards, ensuring all technical complaints are clearly communicated to the mechanics.
- **Cost Estimation:** Provide accurate labor and spare parts cost estimates to customers and obtain approvals.
- **Workflow Coordination:** Monitor the progress of repairs to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- **Quality Assurance:** Conduct a final walkthrough of the vehicle to ensure all requested repairs are completed to standard.
- **Billing:** Finalize service invoices and explain the work performed to the customer upon delivery.
**Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- **Experience:** 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in the Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) or Trucking industry.
- **Technical Knowledge:** Basic understanding of truck mechanical systems and spare parts.
- **Communication:** Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle various types of customers and drivers.
- **Computer Literacy:** Proficient in basic MS Office (Excel/Word) or garage management software.
