Role:
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR operations.
• Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10years of experience in HR management roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Zoho People.
