**Job Description - Staff Nurse**
- Taking daily rounds with doctor and providing treatment to the patient as per the Advice.
- Frequent patient evaluations
- Including monitoring and tracking vital signs
- Administering medications
- Maintaining the patient records
- Give instructions to the patient regarding medicines & precautions
- Check the patient before going to the OT (side mark, jewels)
- Answer the patient query
- Answer patients' call bells, deliver messages
- Inform the consultant about the investigation reports
- be aware of the patient regarding their conditions and need for nursing care
- Ensure good nursing care, delegating duties to the staff
- Ensures standards of care.
