Surveyor (Construction)

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor for our construction projects in Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land surveys, preparing site layouts, and supporting project execution through precise data collection and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct land and construction site surveys using modern surveying instruments
• Measure distances, elevations, and angles with high accuracy
• Prepare survey reports, maps, and layouts
• Assist engineers and project managers in planning and execution
• Verify land boundaries and ensure proper site marking
• Maintain survey records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards
• Coordinate with site teams for smooth project workflow

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying
• Hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

**Experience Required**

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in construction
• Mandatory 3–5 years in construction or infrastructure projects

**Working Conditions**

• Field-based role with regular site visits
• Ability to work in outdoor and challenging environments
• May require travel within or around Raipur

**Additional Requirements**

• Basic knowledge of construction processes
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
• Strong coordination and reporting skills

**Note:** Final salary will depend on candidate experience, skills, and interview performance.
