Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Systems and Network Administrator - Trainee to join our IT team. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates or individuals with foundational knowledge in computer networks and systems administration. You will be trained and guided by experienced professionals as you assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor network performance and support day-to-day system operations.
• Help install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and network devices.
• Provide first-level support for network and system issues.
• Participate in system updates, patches, and routine backups.
• Support IT documentation and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data security, system availability, and disaster recovery.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Application, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
