Tele Caller Executive

Job Title: Telecaller Executive Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided data Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete course information. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates Convert leads into admissions Maintain call records and update data in CRM system Coordinate with the counseling and admission team Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English Confident, polite, and convincing personality Basic computer knowledge Experience in telecalling/sales will be an advantage (Freshers can also apply) Skills Required: Communication & interpersonal skills Persuasion and negotiation skills Positive attitude and patience Time management Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive incentives Training and growth opportunities Friendly and professional work environment Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 6:30PM (Monday to Saturday)
