Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Telecaller to join our Samsung Division. This is a non-sales role focused on customer coordination, service follow-ups, data verification, and support. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, service updates, and coordination (no sales).
• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to product services, repairs, and support.
• Update and maintain customer records in the database accurately.
• Coordinate with field technicians, service centers, and internal teams.
• Follow up on pending service calls or complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Share relevant information about Samsung product services, warranties, and processes.
• Maintain call logs and prepare simple reports for daily activity tracking.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and CRM usage preferred).
• Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
• Prior experience in a customer support or BPO environment is a plus (not mandatory).
