**Job Summary**
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to promote and sell solar products and services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, calling potential customers, explaining solar solutions, and converting inquiries into sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explain solar panel systems, benefits, and cost savings
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with field sales team for site visits
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

- **Requirements & Skills**
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in telesales or telecalling (Solar industry preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic knowledge of solar products is a plus
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
