**Job Summary**
We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Telesales Executive** to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for property sales
- Handle inbound inquiries from leads (portals, ads, referrals)
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers
- Generate and maintain a database of prospective clients
- Schedule site visits for interested buyers
- Follow up regularly with leads to close sales
- Maintain call records and daily reports
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
**Requirements**
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (Real Estate preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel \& CRM tools
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
