**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the organization’s financial operations. The role involves managing accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Managing customer collections and regular follow-ups
• Overseeing vendor payments and accounts payable processes
• Recording and maintaining accounting entries in Tally/ERP
• Ensuring compliance with GST regulations and filings
• Preparing MIS reports for management review
• Performing bank reconciliations on a regular basis
• Coordinating with internal departments for smooth financial operations

**Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
• Experience in payment collections and vendor handling
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and GST compliance
• Ability to manage accounts payable and petty cash
• Good analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills

**Candidate Profile:**

The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling financial responsibilities independently, with strong coordination and communication skills. Candidates must have prior experience in the steel sector.

• Current CTC and expected CTC
• Notice period
• Willingness to relocate to Raipur
