Service Advisor responsibilities for VinFast Electric Vehicle dealership
Receive customer vehicles at service center and understand their concerns clearly
Prepare job cards with accurate details of customer complaints and vehicle condition
Explain service process, estimated cost and time to customers
Coordinate between customers and workshop technicians for smooth communication
Ensure proper diagnosis updates are shared with customers on time
Suggest necessary repairs, maintenance and EV system checks to customers
Monitor vehicle repair progress and ensure timely delivery
Maintain service records, job cards and warranty documentation properly
Ensure high customer satisfaction through polite and professional behavior
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and calmly
Coordinate with parts department for required spare parts availability

Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery to customer
Ensure proper billing and invoice explanation to customers
Follow up with customers after service for feedback and satisfaction
Support service manager in daily workshop operations and reporting
