**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dynamic **Admission Manager** to lead and streamline our student admission process. The role involves handling inquiries, ensuring smooth onboarding, driving enrollment targets, and maintaining CRM records. The ideal candidate will have experience in education sector admissions, excellent communication skills, and a target-driven mindset.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end-to-end admissions from inquiry to enrollment
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve admission targets
• Supervise follow-ups, campus tours, and counselling sessions
• Maintain admission records and generate regular reports
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for outreach

**Skills Required:**

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems
• Target-oriented with excellent follow-up ability
• Knowledge of school/college admission cycle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
