**Job Title: Faculty – Education**

**Location: Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh**

**Job Summary:**

**We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Faculty member in Education as per National Council for Teacher Education norms to deliver quality teacher education, support pedagogical development, and ensure academic excellence. The role involves teaching, mentoring, research, and active participation in institutional and school engagement activities.**

• **Key Responsibilities:**

**Develop lesson plans, teaching-learning materials, and innovative pedagogical practices**

**Supervise teaching practice, internships, and school-based activities**

**Evaluate student performance through internal assessments, practicum, and examinations**

**Engage in research activities, publications, and academic projects**

• **Qualifications:**

**Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline (minimum 55% marks)**

**M.Ed degree with minimum 55% marks**

**NET / SET / PhD (preferred)**

• **Experience:**

**2–4 years of teaching experience in teacher education institutions (preferred)**

**Experience in supervising teaching practice / internships will be an added advantage**

• **Key Skills:**

**Excellent communication and classroom management skills**

**Ability to mentor student-teachers effectively**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
