**Job title: Faculty – Commerce & Management**

**Location: Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh**

• **Job Summary:**

**We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Faculty member in Commerce & Management to deliver high-quality education, foster academic excellence, and contribute to the overall development of students. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and actively participating in academic and institutional responsibilities.**

• **Key Responsibilities:**

**Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools**

**Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and continuous assessment**

**Provide academic mentoring and guidance to students**

**Maintain accurate academic records and documentation**

• **Qualifications:**

**(MBA) (MARKETING AND HR PREFERRED)**

**NET / SET / PhD (preferred)**

• **Experience:**

**2–4 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution (preferred).**

• **Key Skills:**

**Strong communication and presentation skills**

**Effective classroom management abilities**

**Good analytical and problem-solving skills**

**Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
