**Job Title:** Chartered Accountant (CA) – Infrastructure Projects

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, preferably in road and railway projects. The candidate will be responsible for project financial management, compliance, and cost control to ensure efficient execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.
**Key Responsibilities1. Project-Based Job Costing**
- Maintain accurate project-wise cost records (material, labor, overheads)
- Monitor project profitability and cost efficiency
- Analyze cost deviations and suggest corrective measures
**2. Revenue Recognition**
- Ensure proper revenue recognition as per applicable accounting standards (e.g., percentage of completion method)
- Track project milestones and billing schedules
- Coordinate with project teams for timely invoicing
**3. Budgeting & Variance Analysis**
- Prepare project budgets and financial forecasts
- Conduct periodic variance analysis (budget vs actual)
- Provide actionable insights to management
**4. Cash Flow & Liquidity Management**
- Monitor project-wise cash flows
- Ensure availability of funds for project execution
- Optimize working capital and manage fund utilization
**5. Subcontractor & Vendor Management**
- Review subcontractor agreements from a financial perspective
- Validate vendor bills and ensure timely payments
- Monitor advances, retention money, and reconciliations
**6. Statutory Compliance & Taxation**
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations
- Handle project-related tax planning and assessments
- Liaise with government authorities and auditors
**7. Internal & External Auditing**
- Support internal audits and implement control systems
- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and project accounting
- Experience in EPC / infrastructure project finance
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
**Qualifications**
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Experience in road, railway, or large infrastructure projects preferred
**Preferred Candidate Profile**
- Prior experience in government infrastructure projects
- Ability to work in a dynamic, site-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
