**Job Description**
Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced **Civil Project Manager** to manage the construction of our new office building and supervise ongoing work at multiple sites.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily construction work at the site
- Monitor and record **incoming materials** and **material consumption**
- Ensure proper use of materials to avoid wastage or theft
- Coordinate with contractors, labor, and vendors for smooth execution of work
- Maintain daily site reports including work progress and material tracking
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings and company standards
- Check quality of work and ensure safety guidelines are followed
- After completion of the office project, supervise construction activities at other company sites as required
- Provide regular progress updates to management
**Requirements**
- Experience as Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor
- Knowledge of construction materials and site operations
- Ability to manage workers and maintain daily reports
- Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred (not mandatory)
