**Experience:** 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)
**Salary:** Up to ₹35,000 per month

**About the Role**
We are looking for a Company Secretary to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or early professionals seeking hands-on exposure in corporate compliance, ROC filings, and legal functions within a dynamic organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

• ROC filings and statutory compliance
• Board meetings and documentation (notices, agendas, minutes)
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• RBI and corporate compliance
• Coordination with advocates and auditors

**Ideal Candidate**

• Basic knowledge of Company Law and ROC
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good drafting and communication abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow
