**Job Role**
We are hiring a Plantation & Nursery Supervisor who understands plants, their life cycle, and how to maintain and protect them in real field conditions. This is a field-based role, suitable for candidates who are comfortable working outdoors and staying at project sites.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and supervise plantation and nursery activities at project sites
• Ensure proper watering, pruning, fertilization, and plant care
• Protect plants from pests, diseases, and damage
• Handle roadside plantation and forestry projects
• Supervise labor team and ensure work quality
• Monitor plant survival rate and growth
• Maintain basic reports and site updates

**Requirements**

• Basic knowledge of plants, agriculture, or forestry
• Experience in nursery or plantation work preferred
• Willingness to work and stay at project sites (out of state)
• Ability to manage field teams
• Responsible and hardworking
• Own two wheeler
