Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for our Inbound Process. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, addressing queries, and providing effective resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions

• Resolve complaints and ensure quick turnaround time

• Maintain call quality and follow company guidelines

• Record and update customer details in the system

• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate/Post graduate

• Strong communication skills

• Basic understanding of English

• Basic computer knowledge

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
