**Job Title:** Tele Support Executive (Expert)

**Location:** Office No. 3024, 3rd Floor, Currency Tower, VIP Chowk, Raipur – 492001

**Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
**Working Days:** Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
**Salary:** Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

**Job Summary:**

We are hiring an experienced Tele Support Executive to handle customer interactions, provide accurate information, and ensure high-quality service over calls. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and skilled in communication and customer handling.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide product/service information and resolve customer queries
• Maintain strong follow-up with clients and ensure closure
• Record and update customer details in the system
• Achieve daily/weekly performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls

**Requirements:**

• Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in tele calling / customer support
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Good listening and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Candidate:**

• Experience in telesales or customer support roles
• Confident, energetic, and result-driven personality
