Job Title: Bell Boy (Front Office)

Location: Chanderi, Bilaspur-Raipur Highway, Baloda Bazar Chhattisgarh

Job Summary:

The Bell Boy is responsible for providing courteous and efficient luggage and guest assistance services. He ensures a warm welcome and smooth arrival/departure experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage

Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features & hotel facilities

Handle guest baggage during check-in and check-out

Deliver messages, parcels, newspapers, and other items to guest rooms

Assist guests with transportation arrangements (taxi, valet, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance area

Coordinate with front office team for guest requirements

Ensure proper tagging and storage of luggage in case of early arrival or late departure

Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

Basic communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Pleasant personality with good grooming standards

Physically fit to handle luggage

Customer service-oriented attitude

Freshers can apply (experience preferred in hotel industry)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
