Roles & Responsibilities • Handle customer calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries professionally. • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information. • Follow up with customers regarding pending queries. • Provide product/service information to customers. • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support. • Maintain daily reports and feedback records. Required Skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM handling preferred). • Ability to manage multiple customer queries.
