Our team believes great service is built on responsiveness, ownership, and trust. Renuit Logistics is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to support customers across day-to-day logistics operations. This is a fully remote role based in India.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer questions, shipment updates, and service issues. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve concerns, communicate clearly, and ensure customers feel supported throughout their experience.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate shipment updates, service information, and issue resolution support.Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate internal team quickly.Support overall customer satisfaction by ensuring clear and proactive communication.
English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
