Debt Recovery Agent

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented individuals to join our team as a **Commission-Based Debt Collection Officer** for **Avanti Vihar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh**. The primary responsibility of this role is to recover outstanding debts from customers in the assigned area. This is a performance-driven opportunity where your earnings will depend on successful collections.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Contact customers and follow up for outstanding payments.
• Recover pending dues in a professional and respectful manner.
• Maintain positive customer relationships while representing the company.
• Keep accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and payments received.
• Conduct field visits to customer locations in Avanti Vihar, Raipur, as required.
• Ensure all recovery activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

**Compensation:**

• This is a **commission-based role**.
• Earnings will be a percentage of the total amount successfully collected.
• No fixed monthly salary.
• Commission details will be discussed during the interview.
