Opportunity Alert: Desktop Support Engineer (Raipur)

Key Responsibilities:

Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software (Windows/Linux/macOS).

Resolving network connectivity issues, printer setups, and VPN configurations.

Managing user accounts via Active Directory and ensuring system security.

Providing on-site and remote technical support to end-users.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a technical support or desktop support role.

Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal.

Skills: Strong knowledge of OS troubleshooting, hardware components, and basic networking.

Communication:

Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional attitude toward user support.
