**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Dispatch Manager** to handle daily dispatch operations at our plant. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure **on-time and error-free delivery of goods**.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Plan and execute daily dispatches as per sales orders
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for timely dispatch readiness
• Supervise dispatch staff and ensure smooth workflow
• Verify dispatch documents (invoice, e-way bill, challan, gate pass)
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and dispatch schedules
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain dispatch records and MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with GST, FSSAI, and company SOPs

**Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce
• 3–6 years of experience in dispatch/warehouse operations (FMCG preferred)
• Knowledge of e-way bills, GST documentation, and ERP systems
• Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills
• Strong coordination and problem-solving ability

**Preferred Skills**

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing setup
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO practices
• Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
