**Work Hours:** 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Job Description:**
We are hiring a Field Marketing Manager to handle on-ground marketing activities and drive sales through our dealer network. The role requires regular market visits, dealer coordination, and execution of local marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan and execute field marketing activities in assigned areas
• Manage and coordinate with an existing dealer network of 2000+ partners
• Generate sales through dealers and maintain regular follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the network
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets
• Ensure proper product visibility at dealer shops and project sites

**Requirements:**

• Minimum 10 years of experience in field marketing or sales in the hardware industry
• Experience in handling dealer and distributor networks
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Basic reporting and coordination skills
