**Job Title: Floor Manager –** Punjab Jewellers

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations in our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage sales staff, and maintain high standards of presentation, security, and sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage daily floor operations of the jewellery store
- Lead, train, and motivate sales executives to achieve targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle high-value client interactions
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Oversee inventory management, stock display, and replenishment
- Ensure strict adherence to security procedures for high-value items
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with management for promotions, offers, and store events
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager / Retail Supervisor (preferably in jewellery or luxury retail)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
- Good understanding of jewellery products (gold, diamond, gemstones)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, POS, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Experience in high-end or luxury retail brands
