**Job Overview**
Arena Animation Raipur is looking for a **creative and passionate Faculty/Trainer** to teach and mentor students in **Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Gaming, and Multimedia**. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with the ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire students to build successful careers in the creative industry.
**Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Teaching**
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical sessions in:
- Animation (2D/3D)
- VFX & Video Editing
- Graphic Design
- Multimedia & Gaming
- Train students on industry-standard software like:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Autodesk Maya / Blender / 3ds Max (as per expertise)
- Explain concepts with real-time examples and projects.
**Student Development**
- Mentor students and track their progress.
- Conduct assignments, assessments, and practical evaluations.
- Help students build strong **portfolios and demo reels**.
**Curriculum Delivery**
- Follow Arena’s academic curriculum and standards.
- Upgrade teaching methods with **latest industry trends and tools**.
- Ensure students are job-ready with practical knowledge.
**Lab & Classroom Management**
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Ensure lab systems and software are properly utilized.
**Placement Support**
- Assist students in **interview preparation and portfolio review**.
- Guide them with career opportunities in the media & entertainment industry.
**Required Skills**
- Strong knowledge of **Animation / VFX / Graphic Design tools**
- Excellent **teaching and communication skills**
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
**Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in **Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, VFX, or related field**
- Certification in relevant software/tools is an added advantage
**Experience**
- **1 – 5 years** experience as a Trainer / Faculty / Industry Professional
- Freshers with strong skills and portfolio can also apply
**Salary**
- **₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month + incentives** (based on skills & experience)
