• Job Purpose

To develop new markets, appoint dealers/distributors, and drive primary & secondary sales in outstation territories.

• Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand dealer & distributor network in new markets

Generate primary and secondary sales

Conduct daily field visits (retailers, dealers, contractors)

Appoint new dealers and ensure their business growth

Achieve monthly sales targets

Track competitor activity and market trends

Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups

Submit regular sales reports and market feedback

• Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–3 years in field sales (Pipes / Building Materials)

• Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 Per month

Travel Allowance (TA/DA): As per company policy

• Working Style

Extensive fieldwork with minimal office dependency

Daily retailer/dealer visits

Weekly reporting and performance review
