**Job Description – Sales Manager**
**Company:** BMW Motorrad (Munich Motors / Mandhan Motors)
**Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh
**Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
**Role Overview**
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the Motorrad sales team, driving revenue growth, ensuring premium customer experience, and achieving dealership sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Drive sales performance for BMW Motorrad motorcycles and accessories
- Ensure high standards of customer engagement and premium buying experience
- Monitor inquiries, test rides, and conversion ratios
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, events, and customer outreach programs
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with CRM and After-Sales teams for customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure showroom standards and brand guidelines are maintained
**Requirements**
- 2–5 years of experience in automobile sales (2-wheeler or premium segment preferred)
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for motorcycles and premium brands
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel
**Preferred Profile**
- Experience in premium/luxury automotive brands
- Local market knowledge of Raipur
- Good customer handling and negotiation skills
