**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Site Visit Executive to manage and coordinate property site visits for prospective clients. The role involves interacting with leads, showcasing real estate projects, and ensuring a smooth and professional on-site experience that helps convert inquiries into sales.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective buyers.
- Accompany clients to project sites and provide detailed property walkthroughs.
- Explain project features, pricing, amenities, and location advantages clearly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and engagement.
- Follow up with clients post-visit to gather feedback and support the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align visit strategies.
- Maintain records of site visits, client interactions, and lead status.
- Ensure timely reporting and updates to management.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
**Experience:**
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (freshers can apply).
