Job Description

Krishna VinFast Raipur is looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager for overall showroom operations and business management.

Responsibilities

Manage complete showroom operations and daily activities

Handle sales team performance and achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues professionally

Lead and motivate staff members for better productivity and discipline

Coordinate marketing activities promotions and lead generation campaigns

Prepare daily and monthly business reports and coordinate with management

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good communication and customer handling ability

Experience in automobile industry preferred

Knowledge of sales planning and target achievement

Basic computer and reporting knowledge

Ability to manage showroom staff and operations effectively
