About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated HR Assistant to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, attendance management, employee documentation, onboarding, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Maintain employee files, records, and HR databases.
Support payroll by ensuring accurate attendance and employee data.
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction.
Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Prepare HR letters, notices, and employee communications.
Maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS records.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance management, and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
