An HR Officer in the real estate sector drives the entire employee lifecycle—from recruiting top-tier property agents and project managers to managing performance, payroll, and compliance. They bridge the gap between corporate management and field teams, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to labor regulations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Sourcing: Identify and hire qualified real estate agents, leasing consultants, project managers, and sales executives.
Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews and assess for key industry skills like negotiation, patience, and communication.
Onboarding: Draft offer letters, manage employment contracts, and conduct orientations to familiarize new hires with company policies.

2. Performance & Talent Management

Appraisals: Coordinate periodic performance reviews and track commission-based or target-driven incentives.
Training: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions for sales staff to adapt to market trends and CRM technologies.
Retention: Design employee engagement programs and competitive compensation packages tailored to the high-turnover real estate industry.

3. Administration & Sales Support

Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between the HR team and sales/brokerage divisions to manage lead-tracking updates and pending client payments.
