**Job Title: HR Executive**

**Job Summary:**
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations and supporting the organization across various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
**Stakeholder Management:**
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and provide market insights, candidate feedback, and recruitment strategy updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, ensuring alignment of recruitment with business objectives.
**Process Management:**
- Ensure a smooth, timely, and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and generate reports for leadership.
**Employer Branding:**
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the commercial talent space.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking functions.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably focused on commercial or client-facing roles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
**Preferred Experience:**
- Exposure to **campus hiring** or **diversity recruitment initiatives** is an added advantage.
