Position: HR - Hospital

Location: Raipur
Hospital Size: 100 beds
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment of doctors, nurses, paramedical and support staff

Manage employee onboarding, induction, and training programs

Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and shift scheduling

Handle payroll, leave records, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws)

Draft and implement hospital HR policies and SOPs

Support performance appraisals, grievance handling, and employee welfare initiatives

Ensure smooth coordination between clinical, administrative, and management teams

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management

35 years of HR experience in hospital/healthcare setup preferred

Strong knowledge of hospital workforce management and compliance norms

Excellent communication and organizational skills
