HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Handle manpower planning and recruitment activities.Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.Expertise in employee engagement and retention strategies.Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws.Good conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Ability to manage multiple HR and administrative activities.Good documentation and reporting skills.Ensure smooth coordination between departments and management.Qualification:

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or relevant qualification.5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or electronic manufacturing industry.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
