-Handle end-to-end recruitment process. -Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references. -Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. -Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule further interview rounds. -Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. -Maintain candidate database and recruitment records. -Follow up with selected candidates till joining. -Post job openings on different hiring platforms.
