**About the Role:**

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end influencer collaborations, from sourcing the right creators to ensuring high-quality content delivery aligned with client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-Identify, source, and onboard relevant influencers based on brand requirements

-Negotiate pricing and deliverables with influencers to ensure cost-effective collaborations

-Coordinate with influencers and provide them with clear briefs/scripts for content creation

-Review and ensure quality (QC) of the content before final submission

-Collaborate closely with clients to understand campaign requirements and expectations

-Manage timely delivery of content and share final deliverables/data with clients

-Maintain relationships with influencers for future collaborations

**Requirements:**

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-Ability to manage multiple influencers and campaigns simultaneously

-Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends

-Attention to detail, especially in content quality and brand alignment

-Prior experience in influencer marketing or social media management
