**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Junior IT Executive with at least 3 years of experience to support IT operations in a construction/infrastructure environment. Candidates with an infrastructure background and familiarity with N-Way ERP will be given preference.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide day-to-day IT support to office and site teams
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and networks
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support and maintain ERP systems (especially N-Way ERP)
• Manage user accounts, data backups, and system security
• Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware and software services
• Ensure smooth IT operations across project sites and office

**Requirements:**

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ERP systems (N-Way ERP preferred)
• Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in construction / infrastructure industry
• Hands-on experience with N-Way ERP software
• Ability to handle multi-location/site IT support

**Salary:** As per industry standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
