Marine HR Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate ship staff recruitment to meet fleet manpower requirements. Process recruitment applications for all positions, including senior officers and engineers. Screen and match candidate profiles against rank, vessel type, and engine requirements. Collaborate with global manning offices to ensure compliance with company policies and STCW standards. Organize interview schedules and coordinate the selection process with fleet management teams. Develop and implement manpower strategies that align with company KPIs and objectives. Maintain data accuracy within crewing software and track the status of all submitted candidates. Conduct monthly manpower analysis and prepare quarterly marine HR reports for management review. Liaise with external agents to manage recruitment advertisements across social media and industry publications. Monitor internal communication platforms to ensure seafarer engagement and compliance with standards.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Commerce, human resources management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in maritime recruitment role. In-depth understanding of STCW, MLC 2006, and relevant
