We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented New Product Development Executive to support end-to-end product development activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in vendor management, sourcing, and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and quality. Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Innovation

Support the development of new products from concept to launch.Conduct research on materials, trends, and innovations to contribute fresh ideas.Work closely with the marketing team to align product development with market needs.Vendor Management & Sourcing

Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors for raw materials, packaging, and services.Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, timely supply, and cost-effectiveness.Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables with suppliers.Cross-Functional Coordination
