**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling either multiple projects (3–4 sites) or one large-scale project independently, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution**
- Plan, organize, and execute construction activities across assigned projects.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress regularly.
**2. Site Management**
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain strict quality control and safety standards at site.
**3. Multi-Project Handling**
- Efficiently manage 3–4 ongoing projects simultaneously or one large project.
- Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively across sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews.
**4. Budgeting & Cost Control**
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within budget.
- Approve bills, contractor payments, and material procurement.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
**5. Coordination & Communication**
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Report project status, risks, and updates to senior management.
- Ensure smooth communication between all project stakeholders.
**6. Compliance & Documentation**
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Handle approvals, inspections, and necessary clearances.
**7. Quality & Safety Management**
- Implement quality assurance and control procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and regulations at all sites.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction/real estate.
- Strong ability to handle multiple projects or large-scale developments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
**Preferred Candidate Profile:**
- Experience in handling premium residential or villa projects.
- Strong local network with contractors and vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
