**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Supervisor** with strong experience in **furniture retail and interior design**. This role involves leading the sales team, driving store revenue, and providing expert design support to customers to enhance their overall buying experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
***Sales & Revenue Management***
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversions
- Upsell and cross-sell furniture, décor, and interior solutions
***Team Leadership***
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team
- Assign targets and track individual performance regularly
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement and service on the sales floor
***Customer Experience & Interior Consultation***
- Understand customer requirements and recommend customized furniture solutions
- Provide basic interior design consultation, including space planning, layout suggestions, and color coordination
- Assist customers in selecting products based on aesthetics, functionality, and budget
***Store Operations***
- Maintain showroom visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
- Ensure proper product display and overall showroom presentation
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability
***Client Relationship Management***
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service in a timely and professional manner
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in furniture retail sales and interior design consultation
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, and current design trends
