**Job Description:**

Magic Paints is looking for a motivated and technically skilled **Technical Sales Engineer** to manage dealer machines, provide technical support, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling on-site machine operations while building strong relationships with dealers and generating business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Visit dealer locations and construction sites regularly
• Handle installation, demonstration, and troubleshooting of machines
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of machines at dealer points
• Provide technical support and training to dealers and their staff
• Generate sales through dealer network and field activities
• Build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and customers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service and delivery
• Maintain reports of visits, machine performance, and sales

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply

**Skills Required:**

• Basic technical knowledge of machines and equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel for field work

**Preferred:**

• Experience in technical sales or handling machines (added advantage)
